Many people are losing their jobs every day as many others are searching for jobs, but I believe that you can get a job you want if you wish so, it is not hard getting a job as some people think, I speak this through experience There are so many people who look for job opportunities for a long time and they eventually become frustrated to the extent of blaming others for their un employment misery. The real reason why many people do not have jobs is because they job search in a wrong way.  It is time for job seekers to get braver and change to un formal methods of looking for employment of there is need to do so. I always advise people who are looking for jobs, even when they are temporary jobs not to wait for job postings, that is what even one does and the chances of being picked on become so minimal. By informal job search, I mean looking for job opportunities in ways which are different from the obvious and here is one of the major tools you can use to get a good job. Working friends You will need to become a friend of people who matter, very many people fear getting new friends but this is the simplest thing to do especially if you are serious on getting a job or vacancies.  Very few people do not want to add on the friends they have, as a person who wants a job, you must reach out to those people who are working especially in the areas you want to get a job from and get friends them As I have told you, it will be easy for you, just make sure you do it right, it doesn't matter whether that person works in a big company or which car they drive, but after getting that friend you can then tell them to notify you if they have job vacancies. The main reason why I think this method is a good way to quickly get job is because many companies make internal job adverts on their intranets before they announce outside to the public. This will be a perfect time for to apply without too much job completion from the public. I still believe that getting jobs through networking is so vital and rewarding, in fact, many people have got online jobs through referral friends.
