How and When to teach your Children about Sex

Many parents find the topic of teaching children about sex the hardest to ever teach their children. In fact, many parents give up on talking about sex with kids and let the kids find about sex by themselves. This is however very dangerous to the kids and to the parents themselves since the kids must eventually know about sex. If a parent does not take the initiative to teach children about sex, the children will learn about it by themselves and it most times, it can be through dangerous ways. The rule is simple, if you do not teach your child about sex in a good way, he or she will learn about it in a bad way. A serious parent should begin introducing their child to love and sex topics as early as 3 years, at this age, children's minds are already developed and they mix with other kids who are about 6, age where most of kids are introduced to sex. When a child reaches 6 years, they will be able to know everything about sex especially from other children who have been introduced to sex already; you should be very careful at this stage. If you are religious, inform you child how God punishes those who have sex and rewards those who keep themselves pure. Begin telling your child of all the disadvantages of having sex at their age which includes death, diseases and probably missing out on heaven. Child at the age of 6 normally take such teaching so serious. When your child is already 13, its time you become open on anything concerning sex or lose the child, teaching a child is not a bad thing, it can rather save. There are many child sex educations you can use to teach your child on sex on topics which are relevant foe their age.
